Ultra 5 Wont Boot

I have two ultra 5's and I think I trashed the Boot PROMs. They both worked
a while ago, but while I was away on an extended leave power fluctuations
caused both of them to have boot problems. I tried using Stop D and other
tricks but ended up resetting both PROMS to "Default" status and I have not
seen either machine since. I do not know where to go from here. Any
suggestions would be appreciated.
