Jails or the like under solaris?

Does anyone know of "jails" for Solaris or some kind of sophisticated
"change root environment" in the open source? Background is: how to let
serveral customers share the same physical node in their own encapsulated
environment?
(A colleague has discovered some hints that sun ray software seems to use
this kind of mechanism ).
