E4500 Maintenance light - OBP tests

>From one of our E4500 I'm getting this at the OBP level.
I've run some tests at the OBP since the maintenance light is ON but I
have no clue what is this indicating.

What are the best tests ti run at the OBP to identify hardware failures?
