Two systems can reach other systems, but can not reach each other. Why?

I have a strange problem here: there are 2 systems in
a specific subnet. Both of them are SPARC 20 running
Solaris 2.6 :(
Each of them can reach any other system in this subnet
and other subnets.
They could reach each other 2~3 weeks ago. Nothing has
been changed since then.
The problem: They can NOT reach each other now.
Pinging or Snooping on one system can not be received
from the other system.
What can be the problem? I don't have any clue now.
