SNMPD Problem

Hello,
I've a problem about snmpd hang. When a snmpwalk command applied on
system, snmpd hangs randomly.. this occurs both Solaris and Linux
systems. When i stop and start snmpd, it works for a while and then hangs
again. Anyone have any experience about this subject?
