Apache httpd's Consuming CPU Time

Hi All, I am running Apache SSL on Solaris 2.6. After a fresh reboot the
server is idle almost 100%.Then, after three or four hours the CPU
idle goes to 0%and the laod average goes to 23%. If I run top there are
about 35 httpd daemons andeach of them is taking up to 4% of the CPU. Any
help will be appreciated. TIA,Marco
