Sun SunFire Server racking

Just wanted some opinions on rackmounting of SunFire V60x, V100 and V210
servers.
I am in charge of a rack composed of a mix of the above and need to fit
a new 2 RU HP DL380 server into the mix. The only problem is that to
do so will mean that after all the musical rack server playing has gone
on to move the single unit Sun SunFire's up and make room there is not
enough room for the DL380 AND to have 1 RU space between each machine
for ventilation.
My question is, how safe is it to have 2 SunFire's mounted directly
above/below each other? most likely the V60x servers since I believe
they are the least powerful ones in the rack.
The Server room itself is very well cooled with an air conditioner
mounted directly above the rack. The front and rear of the rack cabinet
are both open.
