mounting a CDROM on one system on another.

I have a CDROM on a Netra T1 and am trying to mount it from a Netra X1 to
install Oracle
share -F nfs -o ro -d "CDROM" /cdrom on the Server
and using mount -r server:/cdrom /cdrom
I seem to be able to mount it but I cant seem to see any files
Could someone enlighten me to the correct syntax for my dfstab and the mount
command
