Oracle licence on 6800's

I have a 6800 split up into 2 domains, each with 16 CPU's. One of these
domains is going to contain Oracle, which
we want to use SRM to limit it to 4 CPUs. Oracle is (of course) asking for a
16 CPU licence for Oracle, since thats
what the box is.
Am I going about this the correct way? Is there another way of limiting
Oracle to 4 CPUs to only have to pay for a
4 CPU licence?
