X server start for headless server

Is this possiable to start X server at the host whitout attaching Keyboard
and Monitor? The host has the vedio card, but it is connected to the console
server via port A. I did google sarching to the similar topic, no luck. We
need the X session upping and running 24x7 for an application service, and
don't want to build up an X terminal. The ideal solution is to trick the X
server startup ignoring the keybood and monitor. Thank you in advance!
