It turned out that the permissions in /etc/dfstab have been incorrect;
They have to look like this:
share -F nfs -o ro,anon=0 /export/install/Solaris_2.6/Tools/Boot
Thanks to Stefan Voss who nailed this problem and to everybody for
their fast response.
