NFS reads and NC400

I installed SE tool kit 3.2 from (www.setoolkit.com) on Solaris 2.7
(Ultra-10) and ran cpg.se. It reported:
-----------------------------------
Thu May 24 13:55:00 EST 2001
-----------------------------------
Gathering information........ok
Checking paging/swapping...
Checking disk saturation...
Checking DNLC hit rate...
Checking CPU times...
Checking network condition...
High collision rate on interface: hme0 ( 10.95 % )
Subnet or check cabling.

High percentage of NFS reads ( 30.14 % ).
Do you have NC400 installed?

I learnt from web that NC400 is a network co-processor. Where can I get a
network card with NC400? Sun tele-sales have no idea about this. Though I
can resolve collision rates and/or increase network bandwidth by adding
another card, I am curious to know where to find a card with NC400 chip, so
that I can place it on a SunOS 4.1.4 (Sparc-20) machine, which is a NFS
version 2 client/server.

Any input is appreciated. Thanks in advance. I will summarize.
