Hello admins,

I have this problem with arp:

I need statically connect HW address of NIC to IP address, so when someone
steals other's IP, then he can not connect to server. I use this
together with TCP wrappers. I've used:

arp -s IP MAC

but this doesn't work on Solaris - I can change IP and still can
connect to server. But on FreeBSD this works!

Why doesn't so on Solaris?
