x86 - Driver Update Diskette Question

I'm attempting to add supplemental drivers to a network jumpstart system we
are using. Specifically, I have updated network drivers (Intel 1000MT) in
package form, would like to know how to "convert" to a form that will be
understood by the Device Configuration Assistant and can then be used as
part of a network jumpstart.
