Looking for version of Memtool that works with 2.5.1

Help! I'm in need of a version of Memtool that runs on Solaris 2.5.1.
I believe the last version of memtool that support 2.5.1 was 3.7.4.
Does
anyone still have this, or have a version that is known to run on 2.5.1
and would be kind enough to get it to me in some fashion (In gzip'd form
I think it would get through any mailer restrictions at my site.
