HELP: External Tape Drive Cannot Detect

I am using SUN Ultra10 using solaris 7, the external tape drive (SUN Tape
Drive) is on and I already test all command as below
- ok> probe-scsi or ok> probe-scsi-all
nothing result appear
- #prtdiag -v
No hardware failure
- The /dev/rmt/0 alias link is
/dev/rmt/0 ----> ..http://devices/pci at 1f,0/pci at 1/pci at 3/SUNW,isptwo at 4/st at 4,0:
- Ok> boot -r or boot -- -r
No detect st4 or tape drive
- #prtdiag -v
View result for pci slot 3
PCI-1 slot3 ide-pci 1095,646
Any idea how to solve it.
