Losing Console

Hi SUNs gurus.
We have a E3500, with Solaris 2.6, Kernel path level 105181-20 (applied with all
SUN suggested patchs).
Sometimes we are losing E3500 graphical console and it dont accept any
commands. The system works well, but if we need something that needs to be done
at the console, it is impossible.
