Cannot find ELF

Hi..

I have a Sun Fire 280 with Solaris 8, when i compile httpd software and
try run, it say

elfexec[kern.notice] httpd: cannot find ELF

I install last Recommended cluster patches for Solaris 8.

But other Sun Fire 280 doesn`t do it...?

any ideas..?
