at job is not running

I've an E4000 with Solaris 2.6 running on it.
I've a problem on my at job and need someone to
help me urgently.
>From the man page on queuedefs, it specifies that
the a queue, for at jobs, can have up to 4 jobs
running simultaneously; those jobs will be run with
a nice value of 1.
At one time every morning, I've about 100 at jobs
needs to be run.
When it exceeded 100, the following message
! MAXRUN (100) procs reached Thu Aug 21 08:30:12
was logged in /var/cron/log. After that, all my
cron jobs cannot be run. I need to restart the cron
daemon in order to solve this problem.
Highly appreciate if someone out there can help me
how to solve this problem? Also, by changing the
queuedefs config file, will it helps.
