Veritas network backups

over GB network. Both have Vertitas installed, I can't=20
physically move the connections, the source volume
is based on a filesystem snap-shot so DD wont work,
vxdump is way to slow.
The source and targets volumes are 750GB.=20
I need Veritas specific information (qio files, etc).
Assumption:
Use some type of 'dd' style interface that knows about
file system snap shots.
Problem: I only see mentions of fscat, yet I can't find
fscat on any of my systems? Does it no longer=20
exist?
Any ideas?
I'm waiting on support callback, but time is running out,
sorry to bother this list for a "non-emergency".
