Xinerama mode and automatic logoff

our Sun-Blade-100 working
- under Solaris 8 + latest Recommended Patch Cluster (Generic_108528-18)
- using the /usr/dt/config/Xservers file to enable Xinerama mode:
:0 Local local_uid at console root /usr/openwin/bin/Xsun :0 -nobanner +xinerama
-dev /dev/fb0 -dev /dev/fb1
with fb0 -> fbs/m640, fb1 -> fbs/m641 respectively
is showing a strange behavior:
Moving let's say a text editor window or a window with a .pdf docu
from the left site monitor to the right one the whole session
will be closed and the login (Welcome to Solaris) screen is appearing!
Need pls any tips, hints to solve this scenario.
