Solstice Registry Error [-10]

version 2.3 of AdminSuite w/ patch 104468-11
I am trying to add a new global application in the NIS+
Solstice GUI. I give it what appear valid names for
App Name, App path, and Icon paths, but get the error:
"Solstice Registry Error [-10]:
Either Application name or path is missing".
In the help for the GUI, I see:
> Global registry, which means registered
> applications are global to all local and
> remote users using the Solstice launcher.
> Applications can only be registered
> globally with the launcher command
> line interface.

My question to you:

Where is the "Solstice System Management Guide"?
I could not locate it at docs.sun.com
Or: if you know what the "launcher command line interface"
is I'd appreciate it if you would let me know.
Checked new and old Archives, nothing.
