Telnet Question - No User Login Prompt, Only Password

Hello All,

Environment:
PC Client running Windows NT 4.0
Server Sun Solaris 7

When I start a telnet session from Windows NT:
Start -> Run -> telnet 192.100.100.15

it prompts me for a password - no login user requested.

The default user id it comes with is not root neither myself so I cannot
login,
the problem is that I don't know the default user it tries to login.

Is this related to any Windows NT configuration file (for telnet) or to
to any Solaris configuration file?

Any help will be appreciated.
